Manage Users

Both Agency Admins and Agency Super Admins can manage users.

Note: Agency Super Admins can manage the parent agency users and account, and also child agency accounts and associated users.

To manage a child agency account, the Agency Super Admin must first emulate the child agency account.

Rectify customer number discrepancy

Agency admin, Travelport Support, and Marketplace admin users can associate the customer number of an organization with its master customer number by entering the customer number. This ensures the association of the correct customer and master customer numbers from the provisioning systems in case there is any existing data discrepancy in the system.

  1. Go to the Administration section on the menu bar and select Organization, user and distribution management.

  2. Search for the Agency Organization in the Find Organization field by entering agency name, PCC, or CIDB. Select Search.

The correct setup of customer and master customer numbers reflects in the proper display of the parent and child organizations on the screen with the child organization under the parent.
